Ghani Khan (1914-1996) da Utmanzo


Ghani Khan (1914-1996) is  one of the best Pashto language poet of the 20th century, son of the legendary and peace and non-violence, Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan holds a high place in pashto literature because of his humorous and satirical verses. He was not only a poet but also was a Painter and sculptor. His first poem appeared in December, 1928.

Ghani Khan received his early education from a religious teacher of the local mosques of Utmanzai. He was then sent to the National High School in Peshawar city, which was founded in 1895 by the Hindus of the Province. After studying there for a year he was brought into a small Azad (Free) School in Utmanzai-founded in 1921 by his father with the assistance of the Anjuman-e-Islah-ul-Afaghina (Society for the Reformation of the Afghans) just for the purpose to stop the people saying that a rich person is studying in city and poor will get educated in this wretched school.  

Mirza Asadullah Baig Khan, Born on 27th December 1797 – died 15th February 1869

Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib born on 27 December 1797 – died 15 February 1869, was a classical Urdu and Persian poet from the Mughal Empire during British colonial rule. He used his pen-names of Ghalib and Asad.

3 MONTH INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

FDC a consultancy firm is looking for internees. Fresh graduates/ Masters in MBA (HR, Admin & Finance), Commerce, Sociology, Social Work, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, Fine Arts or related subjects may join us.

We are pleased to invite you to get register with our FDC “Internship Programme for 3 Month” at Hyderabad Sindh Office, Salient features, terms and conditions of Internship Programme share as follows;

 1-      Internship Programme meant to allow fresh graduates, students, Social Activists and all those persons who want to                         contribute to sustainable development and to be associated with FDC. Internship Programme offers internship certificate,               which will be useful in career development of the internee/ volunteer.
 2-      FDC is a fixed term NON PAID position.
 3-      FDC will assign work with terms of reference (TORs). On successful completion of assignment FDC will award a certificate             to Internship Programme.
4-      On successful completion of assignment with full satisfaction of your supervisor, you may be invited to take employment in              our running assignment, depending upon existence of job vacancy.  
 5-     There is a flexible criteria of selection, you want to develop your career in Social Development Sector, you are very good in              written English.
 6-     As stated Internship Programme is non paid programme, however, very rarely, if some assignment requires finance                          requirements, FDC itself will offer a minimum amount (only for field work like as: Baseline survey, Monitoring & Evaluation,          Assessment of the Project etc. required for the assignment, however no salaries but stipends, transport compensation,  will be          paid by FDC.
7-      On selection we will send you a “Terms of Reference (TOR)” including assignment details, guidelines, expected results,                    required quality etc. on sending the signed TORs, assignment will be taken as initiated formally.
 8-      No certificate will be given if your manager positive recommendation does not support your assignment
