UAE Jobseeker Visa: A Guide for Pakistani and Indian Nationals


Foreign nationals are offered a unique opportunity to obtain a visit visa for job-hunting purposes without needing a host or sponsor in the country. This visa allows a single trip with options for 60, 90, or 120 days of validity. Below are the eligibility criteria and application steps for a jobseeker visa.

Eligibility Criteria for a Jobseeker Visa

To be eligible for a visit visa aimed at job searching, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Skill Level: The applicant should fall under the first, second, or third skill level as defined by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Read details here =>  Professional levels of jobs

2. Educational Background: The applicant must be a graduate of one of the top 500 universities worldwide, as recognized by the Ministry of Education, and should have graduated within the last two years. Read Details Here => Classification approved by the Ministry of Education

3. Degree Requirement: The applicant must hold at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

4. Financial Guarantee: The applicant must meet the financial guarantee requirements.
