Hard workers and Safety Measures

Every worker who have to work at position like him deserve the basic tool for safety.

I saw the above picture in a Facebook page with the description

Pakistan needs such hard-working people.

I appreciate his efforts and salute him for his hard work but I am worry about the way he is working.
He is a brave and hard worker but I am shocked that a person went on a top of pole without any #Safety-measures if he fall so think what will happen. Safety Must because your family is also waiting at home for you. We can overcome on this situation until we finish all the corrupt Managements in our govt departments. Its the duty of the Administration and Management to ensure that all the technician who have to work like this have all the safety tools for work. The Life of a Human is very precious especially the hard workers people like him. #WeSaluteYou and your bravery. 

 

Check and analyze why there is the need of Safety Tools for such type of workers.

The Global Competitiveness Report 2014 - 2015 assesses the competitiveness landscape of 144 economies, providing insight into the drivers of their productivity and prosperity. The Report series remains the most comprehensive assessment of national competitiveness worldwide.
It is being launched at a time when the global economy seems to be finally leaving behind the worst and longest-lasting financial and economic crisis of the last 80 years. However, this resurgence is moving at a less decisive pace than it has after previous downturns, and heightened risks looming on the horizon could derail the global recovery. Much of the growth in recent years has taken place because of the extraordinary and bold monetary policies in countries such as the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. As the economy improves in these countries, a normalization of monetary policy with tightening financial conditions could have an impact on both advanced and emerging economies. Moreover, the strained geopolitical scenarios with rising tensions in a number of regions can also have negative consequences for the global economic outlook. Khan Abdul Ghani Khan

Ghani Khan (1914-1996) is  one of the best Pashto language poet of the 20th century, son of the legendary and peace and non-violence, Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan holds a high place in pashto literature because of his humorous and satirical verses. He was not only a poet but also was a Painter and sculptor. His first poem appeared in December, 1928.
Ghani Khan received his early education from a religious teacher of the local mosques of Utmanzai. He was then sent to the National High School in Peshawar city, which was founded in 1895 by the Hindus of the Province. After studying there for a year he was brought into a small Azad (Free) School in Utmanzai-founded in 1921 by his father with the assistance of the Anjuman-e-Islah-ul-Afaghina (Society for the Reformation of the Afghans) just for the purpose to stop the people saying that a rich person is studying in city and poor will get educated in this wretched school.
